'Pearl City' or Hyderabad has more than just pearls to
present. The city is famous for many other things including
the rich bio diversity prevalent here. Hyderabad is interspersed
with low lying hills and lakes that provide habitat to
several plant and animal species. The animal reserves
and sanctuaries are gifted with a plethora of resources
and woodland creatures that roan freely here.
The famous metropolitan city is home to rare bird species,
amphibians, forest animals and reptiles. Proper measures
have been taken to preserve the wealth, in the form
of biological species, by providing them a due space.
Nehru Zoological Park, Mrigavani National Park, Mahavir
Harina National Park and KBR National Park are some
of the places occupied by the said inhabitants. The
parks mark their territories and some of them really
do not like trespassing, especially in case they happen
to be humans.
